Commercial PVC Roofing in DFW

Chemical- and grease-resistant single-ply for demanding roofs.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a premium single-ply membrane with excellent resistance to chemicals, grease and fire, plus heat-welded seams and strong reflectivity. That makes it the go-to system for restaurants and buildings with rooftop grease or chemical exposure. It's a step up in cost from TPO and EPDM, with a 20–30-year lifespan. T.A.P. installs and repairs PVC roofs across Dallas–Fort Worth.

What's included

  • PVC membrane installation and re-roof
  • Heat-welded, probe-tested seams
  • Grease- and chemical-resistant applications
  • Restaurant and kitchen-exhaust roofs
  • Insulation and cover board
  • Flashing at curbs and penetrations
  • Manufacturer warranties

When PVC is the right system

PVC's standout trait is chemical resistance. Restaurant roofs — with grease-laden kitchen exhaust — and buildings with rooftop chemical exposure degrade TPO and EPDM faster, but PVC holds up. It's also highly fire- and reflectivity-rated, with the same strong heat-welded seams as TPO.

The trade-off is a higher price than TPO or EPDM. For a restaurant or a building with rooftop chemical exposure it's well worth it. Compare systems in TPO vs EPDM, or check cost.

A quality PVC roof typically lasts 20–30 years in DFW, similar to TPO, with strong seam integrity from heat welding.
PVC generally costs more than TPO and EPDM per square foot; we provide a firm number after assessing your roof size, insulation and details. See our commercial roof cost guide.
